Welcome to my website. As a full time Real Estate Sales Professional with Better Homes and Gardens/Rand Realty for the last 3 years, I specialize in connecting the buyer and seller by educating and representing my clients in all phases of real estate here in Orange County. The longer I am in this industry, the more certain I feel that the consumer will require several qualities in a real estate professional today. First, they will want a Realtor they can like and trust. Second. Creditability. Buyers and Sellers want a Realtor they know has the knowledge, experience and education needed to get the job done! And third. Accountability. Very important in today's economic climate. Consumers want a Realtor that adheres to a code of ethics, code of care and code of conduct in dealing with all of his clients. I look forward in sharing these qualities with you and earning your loyalty and respect. Dad always said, "Treat people the way you want to be treated, and they will remember you." Dad was always right on and a valuable lesson learned.

 With 30 years of "hands-on" sales experience in both real estate and in the Automotive  industry, I can answer all your questions. This coupled with good listening skills and the ability to negotiate the hard issues brings about successful transactions that benefit both parties in the sale. I live in Monroe  with my wife and children and  have been a local resident of Orange since 1984.
